General Returns Policy<\/h3>\n                    <p>All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on <strong>&#8220;change of mind.&#8221;<\/strong> This includes, but is not limited to, cases where a customer decides they no longer want the product, have found it elsewhere\n                      for a lower price, or have realized they do not need the item.<\/p>\n                    <h3>2. Faulty or Not Fit for Purpose<\/h3>\n                    <p>If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, or does not perform the function for which it was specifically sold (not fit for purpose), we will work with you to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li><strong>Reporting:<\/strong> Please notify us within <strong>5<\/strong> days of receipt\/pickup of any faults.<\/li>\n                      <li><strong>Resolution:<\/strong> Depending on the nature of the fault, we will offer a replacement, a repair, or a full refund.<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <h3>3. Discretionary Returns, Exchanges &amp; Restocking Fees<\/h3>\n                    <p>In exceptional circumstances, <strong>Perth Equipment Sales<\/strong> may, at its sole discretion, authorize the return or exchange of an item that is <strong>not faulty and is fit for purpose<\/strong>.<\/p>\n                    <p>If a discretionary return or exchange is granted:<\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li>A <strong>20% restocking fee<\/strong>&nbsp;may be deducted from the final refund amount.<\/li>\n                      <li>The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and in &#8220;as new&#8221; condition. If the item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return\/exchange or increase the restocking fee.<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <h3>4. Return Methods<\/h3>\n                    <h4>A. Local Pickup Orders<\/h4>\n                    <p>If you collected your order locally:<\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li>You must return the item in person to our designated pickup location during business hours.<\/li>\n                      <li>Please bring your original receipt or order confirmation.<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <h4>B. Shipped Orders<\/h4>\n                    <p>If your order was delivered via courier\/post:<\/p>\n                    <ul>\n                      <li><strong>Faulty Items:<\/strong> If the item is confirmed faulty, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.<\/li>\n                      <li><strong>Discretionary Returns:<\/strong> The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible\n                        for items lost or damaged in transit.<\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n                    <h3>5.
