Store Pickup Policy<\/h1>\n

At Perth Equipment Sales<\/strong>, we want to make getting your products as convenient as possible.<\/p>\n

Our Store Pickup (Click & Collect) service allows you to shop online and pick up your items at a local store of your choice, saving you on shipping costs and wait times.<\/p>\n

1. How It Works<\/h3>\n

Ordering for pickup is simple:<\/p>\n

  1. Shop Online:<\/strong> Add the items you want to your cart.<\/li>\n
  2. Choose Pickup:<\/strong> At checkout, select “Collect from Wattleup Yard”<\/strong> instead of one of the delivery options.<\/li>\n
  3.  Checkout and Pay for your order.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Wait for Confirmation:<\/strong> Once our team has picked and packed your order, we will notify you via Email or SMS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n

    2. Pickup Timeline<\/h3>\n

    We strive to get your order ready as quickly as possible:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Standard Processing Time:<\/strong> Most orders are ready for pickup within 2 hours <\/strong>during normal business hours.<\/li>\n
    • After-Hours Orders:<\/strong> Orders placed after 3:00 PM<\/strong> or on weekends will be processed the following business day.<\/li>\n
    • Important:<\/strong> Please do not head to the yard until you have received your “Ready for Pickup” confirmation<\/strong>. This ensures your items are waiting for you when you arrive.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

      3. What You Need to Bring<\/h3>\n

      To ensure the security of your order and a smooth hand-off, please have the following ready upon arrival:<\/p>\n

      • Order Confirmation:<\/strong> A digital or printed copy of your order confirmation email.<\/li>\n
      • Valid ID:<\/strong> A government-issued photo ID (Driver\u2019s License or Passport) that matches the name on the order.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

        4. Where to Go<\/h3>\n

        Once you arrive at Perth Equipment Sales, 121 Phillips Rd, Wattleup<\/strong>, please:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Park in the parking bays opposite the Site Office.<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Head directly to the Site Office located near the front entrance.<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • One of our staff will load your vehicle!<\/strong><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

          5. Order Hold Period<\/h3>\n

          We will hold your order for 7 days<\/strong> from the date of the “Ready for Pickup” notification. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to\n the original payment method.<\/p>\n

          6. Returns & Exchanges<\/h3>\n

          If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon pickup:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • You may return or exchange the item immediately at the store according to our standard Return Policy<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Items picked up in-store but returned later must follow the guidelines outlined in our general Return Policy.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
