Store Pickup Policy

At Perth Equipment Sales, we want to make getting your products as convenient as possible.

Our Store Pickup (Click & Collect) service allows you to shop online and pick up your items at a local store of your choice, saving you on shipping costs and wait times.

1. How It Works

Ordering for pickup is simple:

  1. Shop Online: Add the items you want to your cart.
  2. Choose Pickup: At checkout, select “Collect from Wattleup Yard” instead of one of the delivery options.
  3.  Checkout and Pay for your order.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once our team has picked and packed your order, we will notify you via Email or SMS.

2. Pickup Timeline

We strive to get your order ready as quickly as possible:

  • Standard Processing Time: Most orders are ready for pickup within 2 hours during normal business hours.
  • After-Hours Orders: Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
  • Important: Please do not head to the yard until you have received your “Ready for Pickup” confirmation. This ensures your items are waiting for you when you arrive.

3. What You Need to Bring

To ensure the security of your order and a smooth hand-off, please have the following ready upon arrival:

  • Order Confirmation: A digital or printed copy of your order confirmation email.
  • Valid ID: A government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport) that matches the name on the order.

4. Where to Go

Once you arrive at Perth Equipment Sales, 121 Phillips Rd, Wattleup, please:

  • Park in the parking bays opposite the Site Office.
  • Head directly to the Site Office located near the front entrance.
  • One of our staff will load your vehicle!

5. Order Hold Period

We will hold your order for 7 days from the date of the “Ready for Pickup” notification. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

6. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon pickup:

  • You may return or exchange the item immediately at the store according to our standard Return Policy
  • Items picked up in-store but returned later must follow the guidelines outlined in our general Return Policy.
